One of the girls melted my heart today, “Miss Paskin, you’re my favourite teacher ever you know because you actually listen to me and make me feel like anything is possible.” 🥺 It’s so nice to know that I am making an impact beyond the academics! 😊

Proud teacher moment: we have done our second practice SATs of the year and every child in my class has made progress in maths by at least 10 marks! So so proud 🥹

Going into an empty classroom to sort it out over the summer, when it was once filled with the buzz of learning and laughter after having just the BEST year with a year 6 class, is so bittersweet knowing you’ll never experience moments with those kids again ☹️

Reached the point of the summer where I’m really missing my kids and even dreaming of 5 years worth of classes in the classroom; even after all this time saying goodbye never gets any easier! ❤️
