Hey @marksandspencer your Valentine's duck breasts... How are we meant to read the cooking instructions when they're on the back of the label that is glued to the tinfoil tray? The oven cook info is gone completely.

Had a go at the 'beep game' today, students take it in turns to read either 1, 2 or 3 sentences from a list, and try not to be the one reading when they hear the beep (youtube video with beeps at random intervals in the background) - thanks to @MissWozniak for the idea!
