Term 1 of my second ECT year completed ✅ What a crazy term it has been!! Had a lovely day today celebrating the country of Qatar and wearing the National Dress 🇶🇦 excited to get home now to spend Christmas with my family 🇮🇪 ❤️.

Heartbroken my first year of teaching has been cut short by Appendicitis! 💔😞I have had the most amazing year with the most amazing class!! So many opportunities and exciting experiences! Can’t wait to do it all again in August! ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Couldn’t be prouder of the Year 6 children I had the pleasure of directing in our inaugural school show of The Lion King! A massive highlight for me this year 🌟

Another teacher milestone today 💪 - First School Trip! We went to Baladna Farm and had lots of fun! I made sure I was prepared and counted the children at least 100 times 😂

Today marks the end of my first term as a teacher. ⭐️ A fourteen week term with one day off! 😮 What a way to start my teaching career! 🌟 Thankful for every experience and opportunity so far in the desert 🏜 and can’t wait for many more after a much needed break! 🌟💕

Feeling over the moon this morning, from a girl who had extreme maths anxiety to now my whole year 2 class saying they love maths and feel really happy in our maths lessons! 🥰🥰

Adapt and overcome obstacles - no sports facilities for another 9 weeks or so. Cleared a classroom and set up a table tennis studio 🏓 (no one tells you how hard that plastic is to get off them tables!!)
