LOUD & PROUD KRATOM CONSUMER/ADVOCATE/ACTIVIST, est. 2019

7OH entered the market place in September 2023. Remember, 7OH wasn’t added to the poison control call code till February 2025. So before that and even now, who knows how many call in and say they’re having an adverse event from Kratom when in actuality it’s from 7OH. Why? Because 7OH is still being called a Kratom product. 7OH IS NOT KRATOM! “During 2015–2025, kratom-related exposures reported to NPDS increased by approximately 1,200%, reaching record levels in 2025. Both single- and multiple-substance exposure reports increased during 2015–2019; thereafter, multiple-substance exposure reports continued to rise modestly through 2024, whereas single-substance exposure reports largely plateaued, with both increasing sharply in 2025. The large increase in 2025 coincides with the emergence of high-potency, semisynthetic formulations, including 7-hydroxymitragynine” cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/7…

Rep. Esther Helton-Haynes says that “7OH has been a controlled substance in Tennessee for 10 years.” That’s a lie. 7OH didn’t enter the marketplace till September 2023. It’s been sold under the guise of being a Kratom product. Why haven’t you enforced the resolution that passed in TN? @US_FDA @DrMakaryFDA RELEASE THE DEA ANNOUNCEMENT TO SCHEDULE 7OH NOW! She also said “the @TheKratomAssn has done nothing to overturn the bans in Arkansas and Alabama.” That’s a lie. We went to Arkansas in April 2025 to try and overturn the ban. Video in comments. Kratom Danger Awareness does nothing but fill these legislators up with lies and emotions just so they can win their lawsuits when they go to court. These legislators are getting played and they have no idea…or maybe they do.

Add Kratom Danger Awareness. They’re funded by an anti-Kratom trial attorney/attorneys, in the tune of $1 million dollars of seed money to advocate against Kratom. Rep. Esther Helton-Haynes is also a member of KDA as well as Matthew Davenport’s mom, Karen. Rep.
