Same 3yo playbook. one more hug, kiss, put my blankets on, take them off, the blankets aren’t straight, water, potty etc. Routine - we got super strict. Bathroom, teeth, 2 books, bed. You don’t get 3 books because you’re being sweet, you get two books only. One hug and one kiss. Bedtime rules printed out and explained each night before the routine begins. Get out of your bed? This resulted in more than a few psychotic episodes but she’s got 3 nights in a row of staying in bed and sleeping through the night. After 7 months.

Not real estate related but: Does anyone have suggestions on how to get an almost 3 year old to go to sleep? Tonight was especially wild with 2 hours of yelling / moaning / crying/ begging for: - more milk - water - the potty - the door open wider - the window open - more blankets - less blankets - more mommy - less daddy 😢 - a book read to her - another book - one more book - no not that book that one over there! (TO NAME A FEW) This was all after her standard after dinner routine of: bath, milk, book, teeth, one more book, bed.
