@PezzellaMelinda This reminds me of my bad habit of rephrasing a students' comment to validate it. It's important to let others have a voice in their words on their terms.

A1: I love engaging with people; however, this book, along with another session I attended, said that when you jump in with “me too” you are robbing others of dignity because your experience is not just like mine and vice versa. It’s hard but sometimes we have to just listen!

A3: This diagram is fine, I guess. We're aiming for the middle, of course. What the diagram fails to capture is that these dispositions build on each other. Strengthening one usually strengthens the others. #BelongingVB #LeadVB
