@vfsglobalcare do we need renunciation certificate for PIO to OCI conversion? I don’t remember the process back in 2013 but we applied renunciation along with PIO and we do not have a specific renunciation certificate

@vfsglobalcare I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 days now. Finally I am being asked to fill a new application with no answer on what happened to my previous application that i have a ARN for. Also called support for which I was charged a fee and got no resolution whatsoever.

@vfsglobalcare I am not able to print courier labels for a completed application. I have an email with the OCI application file number but when I try to look up using it and email it says no record found.
