The "Student Loan Pause" was the cruelest experiment in recent history. They gave millions of people a glimpse of financial breathing room, let them experience what life could be like without $400/month in loan payments, and then turned it back on. They showed you the exit, then locked the door.

I’m still confused about this… How did Peter go from being completely broke to suddenly having the most advanced Spider-Man suit we’ve ever seen and organic webs? Did he win the lottery or something? This might be a plot hole, and I’m not gonna let this slide… How did Jean even figure out Peter’s identity? Nobody told her, and Peter never introduced himself. So where exactly did she get “Peter Parker” from?

@urbambi_1 Thought the scene was well done and appropriate. A lot of audience members have a hard time separating what we know about Peter from what MJ has capacity to feel. She was right. And although Peter is crushed, he also understood. Dr. Strange understood before it was done.

told my boyfriend that spider-man does a good job showing you who can handle rejection and who can’t. in the theater, a few guys outrightly said “you dey go nau” when MJ came on screen after she told peter she didn’t love him because she didn’t know him (1/2)

Nobody actually likes summer. It’s too hot to do anything & everyone is sweaty & miserable. The only reason we pretend to like it is bc during our adolescence it’s the only time any of us felt real freedom w/o compulsion to spend the majority of waking hours at work or in school.
