@OpenAI Do people actually run out of usage on the $20 tier?

We’re updating our ChatGPT Pro and Plus subscriptions to better support the growing use of Codex. We’re introducing a new $100/month Pro tier. This new tier offers 5x more Codex usage than Plus and is best for longer, high-effort Codex sessions. In ChatGPT, this new Pro tier still offers access to all Pro features, including the exclusive Pro model and unlimited access to Instant and Thinking models. To celebrate the launch, we’re increasing Codex usage for a limited time through May 31st so that Pro $100 subscribers get up to 10x usage of ChatGPT Plus on Codex to build your most ambitious ideas.

Considering making this fully open source and charging enterprise $2/month/user for account management, analytics, and some other features. Not sure what to do.. thoughts?

But yes, there are some differences when using Claude compared to Codex or Gemini. The app is essentially an all in one workspace that acts as a terminal pass through. Local LLM pre processing -> Auto selected LLM for implementation (actual companies CLI is opened within BetterCode), then some local LLM post processing.

At the moment Claude is limited to be selected manually or using an API key (if using auto select). Since they don’t allow system orchestration. Experimenting with making the user click “Run in Claude” after pre processing is complete and if a claude model is selected by BetterCode.

This is what NeetCode looked like in 2022 when I made it. And it still went viral immediately. Because it was fast, functional & useful. You could have the most beautiful design in the world, but no one cares if the app isn't useful. You could have the ugliest design in the world, but that doesn't mean the UX is bad. Focus on what users actually care about.

@neetcode1 I like how simple the site is. You go on some of the other sites and things get buried and look overly complicated. Don't change :)

because i dont want to be seen as a bully, lets make this a contest if someone can create some mocks / redesigns that I actually use I will pay you $2,500 usd if you have the skills to then implement it in the codebase i may also hire you like i said, the bar to make it look better is pretty low, but please don't give me slop
