First experience on climbing (Side Quest)
People don't understand the level of preparation you need for climbing, gym gains won't do anything for you here, this is raw strength
In the photo you can see delusional me thinking I can get up there on my own, and disregarding leg work hahaha
I can see why this is addicting and why people here have differentiated physiques
My single tip is to warm up a lot and not go crazy, your joints will feel it and you're lucky if you can use your hands normally in the next day
Like martial arts, a good sport to do outside the gym
Or, if you hate more conventional stuff, go 100% on this, you will get in good shape
Good activity for:
- An afternoon with the boys
- A date
- Getting out of the comfort zone
Next, enjoying European sunset and a beer

"No rational man has ever changed the world"
xnihilo@ex_nihilo_7
I’ve said it 1000 times and I’ll say it again: The system has one goal: to strike despair into the hearts of patriots. To kill off the hope. Hope is irrational. Hope is believing in the unlikely. But no rational man has ever changed the world. The greatest thing you can do right now is choose hope when it feels impossible. YOU MUST BELIEVE.
English

@owroot Setting deadlines for yourself forces quick action.
Doing the thing is better than forever thinking about doing the thing.
English

Do things fast. Just pull the trigger and do it.
That's something that I kind of knew when I was younger, but only on certain fronts and I sort of delayed it in other ways. But as I have gotten older I have really sort of taken not of the moments when I don't want to pull the trigger or when I am procrastinating or just sort of lolly-gagging and when I just ignore that impulse and just get it done it not only feels better because it takes something off my mind but it actually is better. More things get done quicker.
It's kind of related to the fact that we will never feel ready but it's also just general plain doing what you need to do.
It, like many things, is like a snowball. Once you get rolling in the direction you just keep rolling.

@lijoscha I'll never understand why oats get defended so much. They don't even taste good

@AnalogRoman Co-creators and co-heirs with Christ. Life is amazing
English

@mitchwellness Indeed, God is leaving us bread crumbs, to lead us, but not control us. The majesty is unreal. We are co-creators.
English

@AnalogRoman Tragic but common.
Develop multiple income streams. Never decide your life is worth a 9-5 for a long period of time. Live for a greater purpose than yourself (Christ)
English

The tragic story of most men:
1. Gets random college degree based on limited info
2. Accepts first job that will pay decent
3. Buys house & has kids
4. Stuck in miserable drone work for the next 40 yrs to pay for #3
How do you break this cycle?

English

@lifemaxxjourney the potential we have in 2026 is more than any human in history.
What a time to be alive
English

Lifemaxxing example:
Take the day off
work at a cafe outside your hometown
spend the morning in the cafe getting claude to code a random idea that could make you financially free the rest of the year
flirt with girls in the cafe
Go to rooftop bar for cocktail and cigar
go gym and go home.
Lifemaxxing.

@AnalogRoman never outsource your brain to AI, even when others do it and it looks tempting
