A person earning in tier 1 can move to tier 2/3 anytime or after retirement, but a person earning in tier 2/3 cannot move to tier 1 after retirement (this applies to 90%, there can be exceptions but world doesn’t work on exceptions)

@mithilthakore @Ravisutanjani Land supply is limited in tier 2 city also. Plus if anyone choses to live in tier 2 city, obviously he as a source of income there. Comparitively, it makes more sense to live in a Tier 2 city in an independent house than living in such flats in metro city.
