Hey guys @ReidStefan @LucaPretolesi my @mymixlab subscription hasn't been working for months. Renewed in June 2022, but I only have access to Reid's courses and none of Luca's or any of the Teacher courses. I've sent a few emails on this over the last few months. Can you help?

@loom Loom has worked great for about a year for me (aside from not being able to record in stereo). Today it doesn't work AT ALL on Windows. Just gets stuck after hitting record. I've opened a ticket. Fingers crossed. I have an EDU account. Hope you can help thanks!

@loom I figured out my problem! I had turned on "Controlled Folder Access" the other day. After I turned it off, it seems to works. I do need to know why I can't record in stereo though. I submitted tickets months ago but no resolution or response after the first email. DM'ing you.
