@loom Hi. Our Loom subscription is set to renew tomorrow (June 30th), but I fear you may not be able to charge our card due to recent changes in our bank's policy. Can't seem to find a "pay now" button in Admin Tools -> Billing. I need to be able to initiate the payment myself.

Hey Cameron! Mobile viewers who are not logged in to Loom can watch videos set to Public once without needing to login or create an account, after that initial view they will need to sign-up or in to view it again. On Desktop there are no limits to views on Public Looms. If the Loom is not public, that has always required an account to view since we need to verify the user is authorized to watch the Loom. If you're seeing behavior that doesn't correspond to the above, please file a ticket with Support and our team will take a closer look!

@Atlassian why do people who want to watch @loom videos on mobile now have to create an account in order to view? It’s an unnecessary hurdle and there has been a noticeable drop in clients watching the videos we send them. Please consider changing this.

Is @loom from @Atlassian worst of the worst? I contacted them numerous times as I tried to delete our account from their platform with no luck. I got no support. I now received a demand for $24.00 for an account that i've not used and have been unable to delete due to their fucked up portal and processes. In short, fuck off @Atlassian you're not getting a penny! Cunts.

@loom I have taken your Business AI plan. I have recorded a video but when I download it, it auto edits about 3 minutes part and that impacts the complete audio. As the audio and video doesn't match. There is no option to connect with you on site. Either get it resolved or refund

Hi @Loom, lately we’ve been having a lot of issues with Loom. I send videos to my clients that supposedly looked fine, but then they end up in a version that is unusable because it looks like it’s trying to load but never actually loads, and the video doesn’t display properly.

WTF kind of game is this @loom @Atlassian ? Under UK law (UK GDPR), the service provider has a clear responsibility to handle a valid account deletion request sent via email. This falls under the right to erasure (also called the "right to be forgotten" or Article 17 UK GDPR). Get your shit together and comply with the request idiots.

I wanted to use @loom to record a video. It wasnt great. I didnt know registering with Loom would setup an @Atlassian account🤦 I spent the last 25mins trying to delete the account. The pages keep telling me 'no' because 'there's an app associated with the account'. I go to the /apps page but there's no option to remove the app. What a load of shite. I emailed them instead, I want my account removed and will not be wasting any more time attempting to remove it via their portal. I'd avoid this company if you value your time and don't like complicated account deletion flows.

@loom This is the opposite problem. I’m logged in on the web. And the desktop recorder got disconnected. Not sure why. I go to log in from the desktop recorder, it opens the web. Does not confirm which account I’m logged into and therefore connecting to the recorder.
