@Atlassian I tried @loom and my journey started with a 404. Never used it. I now get emails I cannot unsubscribe from. When trying to cancel my account, it refuses because I have an "active subscription" for an AI Loom trial. I get stuck in some complex admin console. WTF people

I love using @loom but their search bar absolutely sucks
I can literally type in the title of a video I'm searching for and it still won't come up in the search results so I end up always scrolling through the whole database just to find it
please fix it, thanks

AHH! @Atlassian what did you do to my @loom login? Why cant i just use the username and password I have? Why am I getting bounced to an atlassian login? How am I supposed to get to my existing accont?

@loom Hey loom team. I am in a bit of a pickle. I cannot sign into my Loom account because you have moved over to Atlassian. My company was also acquired by another company, and now my email has changed the my account email I cannot access. Is there any way I can get this fixed?

The customer support of @loom is so poor. We’ve been going back and forth over an issue on their end for more than a week now. Responses take hours, and sometimes days, even after I send multiple follow-ups.
When they finally reply, there’s no actual solution or proper assistance, which forces me to respond again and restart the waiting cycle.
I’m honestly so tired and frustrated, man.

No video today guys! My recording software is causing trouble again...
This has happened one too many times now. I will look for a backup plan in case loom goes down again in the future.

There's going to be an unexpected delay today, my @loom recording is not becoming downloadable again. I am very sorry to disappoint during a critical time like this guys. I freaking hate this software but I don't have a better alternative right now.
