A passport once became a symbol of powerful diplomacy, highlighting how Pakistan used influence to support nations fighting for their freedom. In the early 1950s, as Morocco struggled for independence from France, its voice was nearly silenced on the global stage. In a decisive and bold move, Zafarullah Khan ensured that Ahmad Balafrej was issued a diplomatic passport, allowing him to address the United Nations. This step gave Morocco the platform it needed to present its struggle to the world. Pakistan extended similar support during the independence movement in Algeria, where leaders such as Ahmed Ben Bella were enabled to travel and advocate internationally. These efforts played a role in amplifying the voices of millions seeking freedom from colonial rule. In Tunisia, Pakistan’s diplomatic engagement also left a lasting impact. The recognition of Patras Bokhari reflects the respect earned through those contributions, showing how deeply such efforts were valued. While the people of Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia fought their own battles, Pakistan stood firmly beside them in the diplomatic arena, ensuring their voices reached the global stage when it mattered most. This legacy reflects Pakistan’s strength in soft power-using diplomacy, solidarity, and timely action to influence global outcomes and support just causes without stepping onto the battlefield. #BreakingNews #Pakistan #Diplomacy #IndependenceMovements #SoftPower #OceanNewsUK #UK #Ocean #breaking #latest #London More On: oceannewsuk.com 📺Satellite - Asiasat7: Frequency 3880 H, Symbol Rate: 29720

A major economic achievement for #SaudiArabia and #Pakistan Saudi Arabia has finalized plans for a $10 billion oil refinery in Gwadar. Aramco is collaborating with Pakistan's PSO, OGDCL, PPL, and GHPL. Pakistani companies will contribute 40-45% of the investment. The refinery will process 300,000-400,000 barrels per day and reduce Pakistan's oil import bill. The project, first announced in 2019, is now progressing with tax breaks and full support.
