We are hiring, we have a position available for an apprentice sports turf operator. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team and learn the job with onsite training backed up with a sports turf operative course at Oldham college.

@RJPcoach The. UEFA b and A in next. Plus the cost of entry is appalling to volunteers and many of whom certainly cannot afford it nowadays. So many aspects of the coach training courses and barriers to entry need changing to benefit the knowledge and quality of coaching at grassroots.

@RJPcoach I agree and would also add the drip feeding of very basic qualifications is appalling. Most coaches would benefit from an approach with less “badges” and a more expansive approach to the information within each course. Ie covering more about the subject so a L1 L2 (uefa c) in 1

@RJPcoach 100%. Understand your players, develop their game mindsets. Help them to understand how to deal with mental and physical challenges and disappointments. A Happy squad is a loyal squad, is a good football playing squad. Good memories for all too.
