I laid down over 6k of words this weekend. After surviving the past couple years (IYKYK), I finally felt back in the drivers seat. I felt comfortable writing, the words flowed easily and the characters took me where they wanted to. I felt like me again. I'm so proud of myself.

@runliftrunlift 100%. And, on top of that, every single exercise session, long, short, easy, hard, whatever, is also an opportunity for good mental/mindset training (including the simple fact that you've decided to work out in the first place). It all counts, and it's all helpful 👍

Everything adds up, big and small. When I do an hour easy on the stationary bike, that alone won’t move the needle much on my running. But it will improve my ability to burn fat calories and handle more overall training. Anything that gets a sweat going and raises HR is useful for overall capacity, even if it doesn’t directly transfer to running performance.

17 year drought was rough to go through. Sean McDermott came in, changed the #Bills culture and helped break the drought in his 1st year (w/ Tyrod and Shady) Big shoutout to Coach for what he brought to Buffalo and #BillsMafia With that said, something had to change. No way you can have a generational QB and not get to the Super Bowl at least once. Regardless of anything, Coach will always have my respect for what he was able to do with a franchise that was desperate for success.
