@Stephatto @dailystoic Who said it and what did they say and do they hold a high rank in my life? For me it also has to be very specific. Praise is harder to cling to than hurtful words, but very powerful if they have the right combonation of factors. Hurt is louder than praise tho

I’ve also recently dropped some significant lbs... and some friends along the way. Thankfully I gained a lot more of what I need. I’m sure you have too. Keep your focus.

@katebrickman @ashleyshoule Making fun of your weight loss? I’m guessing you have also had some shifts in your mindset with your new behaviors. So lean into those healthy habits and thoughts. Some friends are just for the season. Sounds like that season should be over.

Fun with electricity… Depending on make & model, those six listed items (see previous Tweet) each draw between 1,500 & 2,000 Watts. That’s 9,000 to 12,000 Watts total). Since Watts = Volts x Amps, and the UK uses 230Volt circuits, to blow a 50-Amp fuse requires 11,500 Watts.
