#AferaPolnordu Przyznam szczerze: nie doceniłem Franka Zindela, prawnika z Liechtensteinu, należącego do wesołej ferajny praczy pieniędzy Romana Giertycha. Myślałem, że to po prostu kolejny element sieci, następny adwokat pełniący funkcję słupa. Jeden z wielu. LEBANON 🇱🇧 A war of words has broken out between the Israeli Defence Forces and the Catholic Church The IDF have admitted to damaging a convent in Lebanon but stated that it was because there were 'no external signs indicating it was a religious building' The church has rejected Israeli claims that the building was used by Hezbollah, stating: 'We are against all practices against places of worship and churches. These are places to spread peace, love and education. These are not military bases'

La destruction du monastère et de l’école des Sœurs du Saint-Sauveur à Yaroun, au sud du Liban, engage directement la responsabilité du gouvernement israélien. Il ne s’agit pas d’un simple « dommage collatéral », ni d’un fait que l’on pourrait banaliser au nom d’une prétendue « zone tampon ». Lorsqu’un lieu religieux, une école et un espace de vie civile sont détruits, ce sont des biens protégés, une mémoire collective, des droits fondamentaux et la présence même d’une communauté qui sont visés. Cette destruction s’inscrit dans un climat de haine de plus en plus inquiétant, dont l’agression d’une religieuse française à Jérusalem constitue un autre signe grave. Ce climat ne peut être minimisé. Il révèle une dégradation profonde du respect dû aux personnes consacrées, aux lieux de culte, aux institutions éducatives et aux communautés religieuses enracinées dans cette région depuis des siècles. Le droit international humanitaire impose la distinction entre objectifs militaires et biens civils. Il protège les lieux de culte, les établissements scolaires, le patrimoine culturel et les espaces indispensables à la vie des populations. Leur destruction ne peut être justifiée que dans des conditions extrêmement strictes, et certainement pas par une logique d’occupation, de déplacement forcé ou de création unilatérale d’une zone de fait. La guerre menée contre le Hezbollah ne doit en aucun cas se transformer en action punitive contre les populations civiles du sud du Liban. La lutte contre une organisation armée ne saurait justifier la destruction d’écoles, de monastères, de lieux religieux, d’habitations ou d’infrastructures civiles. Les principes de distinction et de proportionnalité interdisent précisément que les civils paient le prix d’une stratégie militaire ou politique. Le gouvernement israélien doit rendre des comptes. Cette destruction appelle une condamnation claire, une enquête internationale indépendante et l’établissement des responsabilités. Le droit international n’est pas une option que les États peuvent invoquer ou ignorer selon leurs intérêts stratégiques. Détruire un monastère et une école, agresser une religieuse, tolérer un climat de haine contre des communautés religieuses, c’est s’en prendre à bien plus que des bâtiments ou à des personnes isolées. C’est porter atteinte à une présence civile, religieuse, éducative et historique. Le silence face à de tels actes serait une forme de renoncement. Il serait aussi, pour ceux qui ont le devoir de parler et d’agir, une forme de complicité.

È ormai evidente un quadro di crescente ostilità nei confronti della comunità cristiana in Israele, a Gaza, in Cisgiordania e nel Sud del Libano. Una violenza che questa volta non ha risparmiato una suora francese aggredita di fronte al Cenacolo sul monte Sion di Gerusalemme. Attacchi che vedono coinvolti anche i simboli e i luoghi di culto cristiani. Continuiamo a chiedere al Governo israeliano di garantire la libertà religiosa e la presenza dei cristiani che sono da sempre fautori di pace in Medioriente.
