REMINDER……The overnight winter parking ban in @CityOfTimmins goes into effect on the 1st day of November and ends on the 30th day of April of the following year. The parking ban is in effect from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Extended heat has just about wiped out blueberry crop in and around @CityOfTimmins area. Berries are soft and mushy, plants are turning a reddish colour. Very little chance of picking into September.

Sincere condolences to Ginny Guillemette and her family on the passing of her husband,Fred . Fred was a great friend and mentor to me . He will be missed by his many friends in Kirkland Lake and London. RIP my friend!

@CityOfTimmins (South Porcupine) lost one of its favourite sons on Saturday. Murray Costello passed way on Saturday at the age of 90. Murray will be remembered for his many contributions to Hockey Canada ,CAHA and IIHL. The Hall of Famer also played in the NHL for 4 seasons.

Danny Katic from @CityofTimmins just signed with the @chicagowolves of the AHL. Enjoy your season in Chicago Danny!
