@PeterDiamandis I am curious whether Tesla considers last second disengagement a crash for FSD or the person? If I see it doing something sketchy I always disengage and I'm sure many people do the same. Does anyone know the metric Tesla uses there?

Tesla reports one major collision every 5.3 million miles with FSD engaged. The US average: one every 660,000 miles. That's approximately 8x SAFER.

@mkeweb @cybertruck We test drove a new 2026 MX, but it felt outdated compared to my wife’s MY Juniper. Oddly enough, I really disliked the gauge cluster, which is a big complaint for non-Tesla owners.

It’s hard to explain to non-owners how much of a "one-way door" steer-by-wire is. Going back to a traditional rack-and-pinion feels like steering a boat with a rudder now.🚢 The tech under the armor is still the most underrated part of the @cybertruck. ⚡️📐

Hey @Cybertruck @Tesla, surely I’m not alone in asking for this, and I’d really love to see it in a future update. I’d like the ability to automatically view the rear or side-rear camera whenever my left or right turn signal is engaged. Given that we don’t have a digital rearview mirror in the driver’s natural line of sight, this would be a huge help for visibility and overall awareness during lane changes and turns. Ideally, the camera view would stay on for the duration of the signal and live in a consistent spot on the screen without blocking navigation or key driving info. It would also be great to give users the option to customize the layout, similar to how Model S and Model X allow display flexibility. This feels like a simple software change that could make a big impact using hardware that’s already there.

Speed limit is 70. Truck accelerates slowly to 60 and no faster without an accelerator tap. It’s been like this for months across every FSD version. Accelerator taps are constant just to keep it going the speed limit. According to some people, I’m doing it wrong for not being in hurry mode… @Tesla_AI

@MrJonesSTRs Great call. We held out until about 1.5 and reserve it for needing to make dinner but only low stim stuff. TumbleLeaf on Prime or YouTube without words like @RYUCAMP , or @country_Life_VL. TV is so addicting to kids so we do so sparingly.

I get flipped off on the daily driving my CT in the portland area. I cannot think of the way I want to respond- but I want to. I usually am just in a state of shock (similar feeling I had when I was 12 on my bike on my paper route when a guy pulled up next to me, honked and exposed himself). I digress. I don’t want to respond with more hate, but with some kind of thought provoking statement, that cuts through it. It can’t be audible because the exchange is so fast. And it has to be clever because it must disarm. Share this so more people can help me figure this out?

@B_doong2daddy I had #1,2 and I checked the CT and the lightning. I love the look of the Rivian but I didn't want to be part of a sinking ship. The lightning was clearly just an f150 dressed up as an electric. The CT was really the only choice.

The reason I purchased Cybertruck 1. I needed a truck for projects/business 2. I wanted EV 3. I needed self-driving So.. I had no option but Cybertruck
