@LeedsUniHajjRes @Motawif_SA @MoHU_En There were so many things that went wrong throughout the process. We all have been complaining about it to Motawif Agents. Just ask your Agents Basant and Priyanjan who were the only agents available online and knows all the history.

@haleema3_ahmed @sigeer27 @USAinJeddah Couple of days back. They are changing their statements. When I contacted them after the payment, they said it is because of technical issue and will get fixed in 72 hours. When I contacted them couple of days ago the agent said I won't get any package. I have screenshots.

@sigeer27 @USAinJeddah That's true. Their Agents first told not to worry as this was a glitch and will be resolved in "72" hours and we would 100% get the same package.Then they told us we will get a "similar" package. Now they are telling all packages are sold out.

@USAinJeddah @Motawif_SA It has been a challenge at every step. We were unable to make payments due to a glitch in their checkout process. Now we are stuck in booking failed status after we paid. Other people who were approved and paid after we did, got their visas and we are still in limbo.

@USAinJeddah There are not few. There are many of us who has paid since 6/20 but stuck on booking failed with no real help from motawif_sa Some have flights that were supposed to be tomorrow and mostly live in different states.

Why Motawif is now telling people that there are no seats available on their booked flights when we can still see seats available online on the same flight

@Motawif_SA we got approved from USA. If wife & I apply together for Platinum+ (double occupancy) will I share same room with wife or some random stranger? We tried calling Motawif USA numerous times but the number is constantly busy. Please help ASAP!
