@mngl_in have some shame. I have applied for a new connection and paid the entire 5000 inr already. Only the welcome letter was sent on 11th march. After that no communication. Ur customer care no is useless, it never works. Gimme my 5k refund if u can’t give @CMOMaharashtra

@LivpureSmart my ticket number ending with 3985 is raised a day after buying ur cooler. Ur technician said he will visit at 2pm, but now at 4:25 pm he is unreachable, ur area manager Karan Kumar’s phone is unreachable. Pl collect ur product & issue refund since its 3rd day. Sad
