Seattle is going to learn the hard way.
When a business the size of Amazon leaves they aren't coming back because you change the environment once you suddenly realize you made a mistake.
They are gone for good and they are taking that quality of life with them. They are also taking every associated business and the working populace.
History shows what happens to major cities when the primary businesses close or leave the area.
Detroit went from 4th place to 26th almost overnight.
