BREAKING: Dana Williamson will plead guilty to three counts in her the federal corruption case against her, according to the below court documents just released. The remaining counts will be dismissed, per the agreement.
Counts to which she will plead guilty:
Count 1: Conspiracy to commit bank fraud and wire fraud
Count 22 -- Subscribing to a false tax return
Count 23 - Making false statements
