Humans are fun because we joke about meetings that should have been emails and 10min later add “PLEASE READ:” or “ACTION REQUIRED:” to an email subject line b/c we know humans don’t read emails 🙃

@rep08191 @deadeyebrakeman Just in case you work up the nerve to try it again, raw pre-ground beef isn’t safe to eat, avoid! Just like how regular grocery store fish isn’t safe for sushi.

@mleeblick @deadeyebrakeman You can eat raw beef ... ground or otherwise. It’s a tartare. I had a Parisian roommate in college and he ate it quite often, so I worked up the nerve to taste it. Delicious! Have with an egg and condiment of your choice (we used mustard and diced onion) ... it’s actually fine.

I love getting absolutely bonkers nutrition tips. I was talking to a guy who was like “what you gotta do is brew a huge pot of coffee and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. I drink it on an empty stomach after intermittent fasting and I feel amazing”
