Ourspace aims to help you design teams based on both model (e.g. “which roles are key for a growth squad?”), as well as by topology (e.g. enabling vs. stream-aligned teams). We’re keen to hear which models you’re interested in!

@stevenjmesser Good question. My understanding (let me know if I'm wrong @mlmurphy818) is that it's fairly un-opinionated from a design perspective but will most likely include a few popular models / templates later on to make it easy for folks to get over the blank page / cold start problem.

Hey Design Leader friends. Do you have a bunch of random Miro/Mural boards, Docs/Notion pages or complex spreadsheets showing your current team structure. Do you find yourself constantly updating these documents to explore possible new team combinations? Messy huh?
