My dads tribute car got its "long over due" 1st win of the 2018 season. So close on so many occasions this year and finally had a night where we parked it. The Rocket XR1, Pro Power, ML Performance, Penske Shocks, DMI, Schaeffer Oil, Keizer Wheels, TWM machine was on a rail.

Yes.... racing is expensive. But the number 1 killer of why people aren’t doing it these days? It’s a lot of work and most of the younger generation is way too lazy to start on the bottom floor and work up to driving. Now we get the spoiled kids with daddies money, no work ethic.

Finally got the 🐒 off our back at Virginia Motor Speedway last night for the FASTRAK Racing Series #USA100. Started 2nd and took home the win in the 40 lap Amain! 💰 🏆 This makes 3 special event wins in a row... facebook.com/25222673149336…

Took the win last night at Sumter Speedway in the SECA #ToplessTour. Led all 50 laps of the Amain. Thanks to the Speedway staff for enduring through the rain storm. Was a late night, but winning cures all!... facebook.com/MattLongRacing…

Kicked off 2018 with a Top 5 last night, #Modoc100. Qualified P6, won heat, and stated Amain in P11. Really good racing, and Modoc Speedway staff ran a great show. Had a HUGE crowd, hats off.

Good thing #NASCAR outlawed tandem drafting so we could go back to pack drafting. I think #NASCAR should wear the helmets, not the drivers!
