@AxisBank Have you ever experienced over 75 days to open a current account ? Pls experience this with Axis Bank. Inefficiency is at the peak here and no one is bothered. And this is the treatment a burgundy private customer gets. No one communicates from the bank.

@BajajAllianz Now I get an email from your social media escalation handle saying that beyond 90 days, NCB is not carried forward !! Is it not the responsibility of you to let the customer know in advance instead of just renewing it ? At least that way customer has the option to go to explore

@BajajAllianz dear insurer, I just realised ,after looking at my renewed insurance policy , that you did not carry over my NCB just because insurance lapsed before 90 days. I had accumulated over 50% as NCB, but it all went to drain because my agent chose Bajaj and did not bother
