@Alvin_cdn @mmbtsinfo The opposition put forward a motion to provide an open and honest accounting of the funds. The Gov voted against this proposal so we don’t really know where it went All we know is @Albertaparks budget was cut substantially this year despite charging users over $10M

To put this into context, the pass enforcement contract is receiving $160,000 EVERY MONTH vs @mmbtsinfo which received $100,000 for the ENTIRE YEAR to build and maintain the whole Moose Mountain Trail Network!

Absurd indeed… Alternatively the opposition have proposed to eliminate the pass and instead implement an Alberta Parks Licence Plate Program. BC runs the same program and made $11M in donations with 100% going to park enhancements… not the Gov. edmonton.ctvnews.ca/it-s-absurd-al…
