Appraisal job number one trendy part of LA cool character house upstairs is a four bedroom one bath house downstairs is a three bedroom one bath ADU Sold for 1.75 million with multiple offers Got paid $1000 for the appraisal Job number two Single-family home in another trendy part of LA three bed two bath 1700 ft.² sold for 1.4 million multiple offers This was a flip. I need to dig in to see what they paid how much they spent in rehab and how much I think they net. Made $900 on the Appraisal on this one because it was a rush Got 3 new orders, to refinances and a purchase Average fee $650 on those three Two of the agents I talked to are very busy with multiple listings and multiple Escrows going on, both think it’s going to be a great 2026 Kick some ass today ! Your future self will appreciate it

We started running email campaigns last year. Surprisingly enough, they make it harder to send mass emails than they do mass texts. Our delivery rate on email was less than 25%. Anyone running email campaigns successfully?

@J_Koenig21 Agent outreach is awesome. Are you licensed ? I think that helps. Offering to pay commission or let them represent both sides or something. Some of the best deals I’ve gotten have been from realtors off market. It’s essentially the same margins as those referrals.
