We started running email campaigns last year. Surprisingly enough, they make it harder to send mass emails than they do mass texts. Our delivery rate on email was less than 25%. Anyone running email campaigns successfully?

@J_Koenig21 Agent outreach is awesome. Are you licensed ? I think that helps. Offering to pay commission or let them represent both sides or something. Some of the best deals I’ve gotten have been from realtors off market. It’s essentially the same margins as those referrals.

@mmccaskill98 I was using instantly .ai to send thousands per day. Our delivery rate was terrible and I think it was due to our data being poor. I am going to try agent outreach next.
