@MashreqTweets I was told that I cannot redeem it anymore. Kindly look into this and atleast give me a reason for this. I will pay my outstanding and cancel the card but I want my disputed transaction to be adjusted with the outstanding as well as the available cashback

@MashreqTweets Cancelled. My statement date is 21st after which I usually pay the outstanding before the due date. I have never missed any payment. I am not sure what went wrong. I disputed one transaction which is still pending with the bank. Moreover I had a cash back for more than AED. 300
