@MashreqTweets It's okay, the problem is solved. There was a maintenance issue, but the app asked me to change my password. When I did, it told me to wait for a message via my phone line. The message arrived very late, after the time limit within the app had expired.

Do you know the current exchange rate EU/AED is 4.14 in @MashreqNeo @MashreqTweets where every other open source the worst spread is 4.3. Probably worst rate in UAE. Mashreq never discloses exchange rate anywhere on website or app or dashboard. I’m frustrated!

@MashreqTweets I have already contacted customer service about this, they refuse to provide any fair rate. i have asked them would you exchange eur aed for 4.13 when market low is 4.30 if it was your money, they don’t have an answer.

@MashreqTweets I’ve been a customer for years and have never missed or delayed a payment before. Unfortunately, due to being without a job, I couldn’t arrange funds on time this once. Disappointed the bank couldn’t consider waiving the late payment charges as a goodwill gesture.
