@centralbankuae @Mashreq Worst Service. Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. It's been over 2 weeks, and my AED 120 refund is still pending. I clearly refused the insurance, but it was still activated and I was charged. 1/2

@MashreqTweets I was told the fee can n't be reversed and the best offer was AED 100 compensation. Charging almost AED 293 over a temporary AED 20 over-limit is simply unreasonable. Unless this is resolved, I will be cancelling all 3 of my Mashreq cards and moving my banking elsewhere.

Dear @MashreqTweets, I'm extremely disappointed with how my complaint was handled. A scheduled Google transaction accidentally put my credit card only ~AED 20 over the limit. The moment I received the SMS alert, I immediately transferred funds to bring the card back within limit.
