Have watched Spider-Man Brand New Day. Loved the movie, swinging, and action. Spidey looks the best. Callbacks to the Home trilogy, Tobey Maguire, TASM 2, and The Avengers (2012) were used very well. Also, the notes taken from the Insomniac Spider-Man are incredibly superb. Problem arises there's no main villain, kind of getting the same vibes as Captain America Brave New World, just putting random characters in a Spider-Man story. Spidey and Frank's chemistry and scenes were a lot better than Peter's with Bruce/Hulk (which they were promoting all over their materials). I really wish they used Curt Connors instead of Bruce Banner, it could've worked a lot better. Could've potentially set up for the future. The only redeeming factor was we got our Savage Hulk back. For the first time I'm feeling Tom doing his mission on his own, not relying on others. The characters and cameos all genuinely feel like family rather than forced together. Overall I'm not sure if this is the best Spidey film or not. It's a better looking film than the Home trilogy, obviously. Destin's Shang-Chi was better paced than Brand New Day. I'll be watching one more time this weekend.

SPOILERS Brand New Day . . . . . . The post-credit scene in Spider-Man Brand New Day is weird... It shows Peter on another planet, not outside the universe, so it doesn't make sense for it to be connected to Avengers Doomsday, let alone Avengers Secret Wars, since in Secret Wars everything will be destroyed. There won't be any other planets or universes, only Battleworld. It doesn't make sense.
