Anton Frondell is arguably the most important player in Chicago's rebuild, in the sense that (ideally) he and Bedard can finally give the team a top-flight offensive duo like most contenders have. Here's a thread on CHI15's NHL debut, with a few clips to illustrate.

Vaclav still 12 months from debut but in a few years I think this could work Nessie-Bedard-Anton McK/Sten-Frank-Roman Bert-Olli-Lardis Boisvert-Greene-Spellacy There's others too. Vanacker could be top 9. West is wild card maybe 3-4 years away. Pridam/Mustard/etc

@RyanmcgregorCHI @snowdad14 @BizmuckBoyambi I am digging Blashill despite the Burakovsky situation. but if he doesn't have Anton with Bedard day one he needs to have his head examined. I hope Kantserov translates to nhl top 6. I wouldn't mind lardis third line with Oliver at center. needs more ice time than 4th line

@MatrimAybara @DeepDishCHI @The1Tab yes who? I'm just saying Burakovsky has no impact on that. We don't disagree. We can trade for Kneis or Robertson or someone. But the decision on 28 has nothing to do with that. I think Frondell and Bedard could each get 30 next year. With Kneis, they'd be insane.

Boisvert, Vanacker, Spellacy probably end up in Rock. Then Nestrasil and others coming end of next year. Don't need FA. Maybe a trade at draft

Artyom Levshunov has a bad habit of compounding mistakes with more mistakes. When he has one bad shift, he tends to follow it up with a couple bad shifts in a row. That sucks, since he's been playing good hockey for a couple games. #Blackhawks

@NHLBlackhawks are the bathrooms behind 303/304 family baths? There's a handicap sign posted and 2 games in a row in waiting behind 6 people with my 5 and 8 year old behind nondisabed folks without kids. Last game a guy was smoking in there before we went in. Straighten it out

@BHawkCowboy since our last cup the wild have won zero playoff series (we swept them in rd 2 in 2015). they've dominated us recently but that tide is turning. they better go far this season because I think we're going to be a problem for them the next two years before our domination begins

@soupdard @HawksHawkey yeah that seems rich for Knies personally. He's got inflated numbers i think not that he couldn't replicate with Bedard. But if those pieces could be used for something better than I agree. Is Robertson the fit?
