@SunwingVacay We were at flight WG 272 on Dec 23. After waiting for 4 hours after landing, we did not get our luggages. Any update on that? What should we do to get it?

They need to fill a form and clear you through the border office. There is a mess in the baggage claim area, but if you are patient, hopefully you can find yours. Don't ever travel with #Sunwing

For anyone who is missing their luggage on their return to #yyz with #sunwing. I went to the airport today and found my luggage. Go to the check in counter and ask for a Sunwing rep who can take you to the baggage claim.

@SunwingVacay We have been stuck in Cancun. The flight back home was schedule on Dec 21 and it has been delayed and rescheduled multiple times. While this is frustrating situation, there is no way of communication.

@SunwingVacay Just get me my luggage. Have been calling since Saturday and of course no answer. Such a chaotic mess. It is even a joke to call it an organization or airline. I am collecting evidences to pass on to my lawyer to file a lawsuit.

@lindalemons56 I was on the same flight and I was able to get on another #Sunwing flight 272 on Dec 23 and get back home. There was no communication on that. I just decided to go to the airport and get on a plane.
