New meditation up on Insight Timer, this time playfully digging for unconscious beliefs and replacing them with more truthful and empowering ones. Hope you like it ^_^ insighttimer.com/marianazdravan…

When it comes to money most people understand that having a buffer allows them to handle unexpected problems or invest in incredible opportunities. The same lesson applies to our schedule. Book yourself to 70%. This allows ample time to resolve problems and seize opportunities.

1. Big data. Technology. They know more about us than we think. 2. Google writing a best practice ad for my services.

@RCarhartHarris Judging by your excitement, something like 85-95%. I’d love to hear about the integration therapy and other support provided, and how much is owed to that too.

In awe of Roberto Assagioli’s Transpersonal Development. I haven’t resonated with anyone’s work as much since Jung.

@RCarhartHarris At this point I recognise that my journeys follow each other in a way that makes sense, so I go in with a general “show me what I need to experience/learn now but go easy on me pls”.

Intention setting ahead of a psychedelic journey: do you do this, and if so, how do you do it? Do you go general or specific?

Be kind to your kids “Nationalism, racism, and fascism are in fact nothing other than ideological guises of the flight from painful, unconscious memories of endured contempt into the dangerous, destructive disrespect for human life, glorified as a political program.” Alice Miller

‘Political action can be fed by the unconscious rage of children who have been misused, imprisoned, exploited, cramped, and drilled. This rage can be partially discharged in fighting “enemies,” without having to give up the idealization of one’s own parents.’ - Alice Miller

Me: I don't really like Twitter, it's just a load of pseudo-intellectual one-upmaniship. * @RCarhartHarris now follows you on Twitter * Also me: It's truly a fantastic platform to connect with people, I should come here more.

@Dr_Draper @DeeAisha If used consciously it can be a great tool for brand storytelling. We can't deny these forces are within us. The problem is that advertising tends to water down ideas like this to appear smarter or justify selling a bunch of well-crafted bullshit.

@Dr_Draper @DeeAisha It's a tool to bring what's unconscious to consciousness. All archetypes have positive and negative traits and it's important to recognise if you've become possessed by one. ie: a caregiver is protective of what it loves, but can become destructive (overprotective)
