Rant time: Democratic Party leadership is so fucking stupid. They handed this to Trump on a silver platter. I voted for Kamala cuz I didn’t want Trump. But honestly wtf have democrats been doing? I’m not surprised, at all. Lost the presidency. Lost the Senate. Looks like they are losing the House too. Supreme Court is gonna be red for 20+ years now. Complete & total failure. Kamala currently has 15 million less votes than Biden did. Trump only gained 3 million. DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEM THERE??? Here’s why: -Leave a senile Biden in until the last minute -Run no primaries -Pick a candidate who ran in in the 2020 primary and lost so hard she dropped out before the vote -Campaign was a disaster. -She didn’t out perform Biden in a single county. No one wanted Biden in the first place, they just wanted anti Trump, and she became Biden 2.0 Now that we had a break from Trump for 4 years, the anti Trump sentiment they relied on last time, fell off a cliff -Kamala didn’t have a catch phrase. This might seem silly, but what did she actually stand for? Everyone on earth knows Trump’s. MAGA. At best she stood for women’s reproductive rights? Coconut tree? Turn the page? Literally I don’t know and I voted for her. -She refused to criticize anything she or Biden did. You can’t do that when his approval rating is 40%. People are literally saying he’s not good enough and they run on “let’s keep doing the same thing” what???. Quality of life in the last 4 years has gone done dramatically. You think people want more??? Retarded move. -Inflation is through the roof. Putting food on the table is the only thing most people care about. Kamala’s policy’s around this were awful. Punish grocery stores price gouging??? That’s not how this works. That’s not how anything works. National debt is out of control. Basic math. They needed to cut spending. Instead they propose more. -Democrats alienated tech. The biggest business block in the country. Multi trillion dollars of business interests were forced to vote Trump. -Elon played a much bigger role in this election than democrats realize, or could compete with. He is the leader of the center right and has been for years now. Democrats forced Elon out of California. Refused to invite Tesla to the ELECTRIC VEHICLE SUMMIT??? What did they expect? Think for second, were there any other people in the top 100 richest in the world holding political rallies in swing states? No one gives a fuck if singers or random actors endorse you. $44 billion to buy twitter, influence the election and win favor was an amazing deal. Massive ROI for Elon. He just installed himself into the white house for a minimum 12 years with Vance. -Many democrats are left wondering what happened, and tbh they need to wake the fuck up. They drove people out with constant “hitler, nazis, racist, sexist” the exact same way democrats laugh at the absurdity of republicans labeling everything communist. Complete entitlement & smug moral superiority. Instead of bringing moderates in, they drove them out. IMO dems are broadly right on most social issues and most of the country would easily agree on those… if that was the only thing we were voting on. But it’s not. Dems needed to get the other important things like basic economics & healthcare right before they went anywhere near the social issues. It’s so simple. They needed to promise a better future, which Kamala did not do If they made people yearn and get excited, it could have been an easy landslide against Trump. But the democrats failed massively. They promised the same old bullshit. It’s on Democrats for being terrible leaders Bernie + AOC ticket could have easily won imo, but they forced the legacy of Biden & Kamala, on us. No surprise they lost everything. Trump didn’t win Democrats simply lost Ok rant over. Got that shit out of my system. I assume the comments to this are gonna be a shitshow. Back to non political things for a while. I hope.
