@glennbeck Trump made a big deal about it and lied about the shoddy work that motorcade that caused the lining issue not to mention the algae wasn't forseen nonsense.
The TDS is real. People are screaming about Trump repairing the Reflecting Pool and even vandalizing it and rooting for the algae. But they’re silent about the fact that Obama spent TWO YEARS fixing the same pool and failed. They’d rather let our national landmarks rot than give Trump credit for fixing anything. It’s not about the pool. It’s a sickness.
@ProudUSPatriot1@IngrahamAngle You lost me after probably. Like everything Trump spouts off about. Never has anything to back it up, just fantasy. Always looks like an idiot. House the white house lawn looking these days, oops I found the vandals.
@IngrahamAngle Too easy: of course not. Democrats are probably paying people to destroy the Reflecting Pool just to make Trump look bad. That’s their entire agenda.
161 years ago, Republican President Abraham Lincoln and a Republican Congress freed the slaves from the Democrat Party that fought tooth and nail to keep them in chains.
Democrats started the Civil War to preserve slavery. Democrats founded the KKK. Democrats passed Jim Crow laws. Democrats filibustered the Civil Rights Act.
Today if you are celebrating Juneteenth, don’t forget to thank Republicans!
🚨 NOW: President Trump reveals oil is SURGING through the Strait of Hormuz and prices will plummet, just as he predicted
"Those ships are flowing out of the Hormuz Strait...about 700 of them, and they're pouring out, the oil is all over the place. You're going to see oil drop so low!"
"I hope the companies are happy about it. But we have a lot of victories. We had a great victory in Venezuela, where we're now doing really well with the government. The big companies are all in there, the oil companies, they're building rigs, and we've paid for that war many, many times over."
Was it just me, or did Barack Obama seem very passive-aggressive while lecturing us on how the Founders "fell short?" And I love how he threw in that the Founders only let "white men who owned property" vote. Because it proves that he has NO IDEA what he's talking about.
The Founders didn't care about your gender. They cared if you had a stake in the game. If you owned property, you could vote, no matter your gender. Honestly, we should bring that logic back—if you aren't paying taxes, why should you get a vote on how everyone else's money is spent?
This opening ceremony for Obama’s library is a complete disaster.
- No one looks like they actually want to be there.
- Bill Clinton is sleeping
- Barack seems COMPLETELY EMBARRASSED by Michelle
All around a horrible event.
And the building is truly hideous.
Good post. This is a sad picture. I love America, but there is now a divide that I don't know is reparable. This picture is a metaphor for that divide. I have no more respect for our former presidents. They left us with such a mess and don't recognize the work being done to correct their mess.
There's something deeply sad about this image. The exclusion of President Trump is a slap in the face to all Americans.
And I get it, he probably would not have attended - the rift is so deep - but while all of our leaders are acting like teenage girls at the cool table in the cafeteria, American people are more divided than ever. In no small part due to our leaders' example.
And maybe that's by design.
Meanwhile we have visitors from all over the world coming to the USA and loving every bit of it from our Buc-ee's to our Taco Bell - admittedly not our best, but still iconic. It's been such a delight to see their reaction to this great country.
Our elected leaders work for us, and they should act accordingly. A little humility goes a long way, but is sorely lacking here. In this image they feign class, but it's all a facade. It's all a show, an act, and we're the ones who pay for the charade.
@RichardAngwin Any President who went to that is a failure and part of the problems of America.
They can't get it through their tinny minds, there is a reason why the majority of America rejected them.
Also, why open a building if you fail to pay minoroty contractors millions?
