Thrilled to announce that our TrackSOM preprint is out on BioRxiv: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…. Here we present TrackSOM, an algorithm which delineates cellular populations and tracks their development over a time- or disease-course of cytometry datasets. github.com/ghar1821/Track…

Very excited for our method for evaluating clustering algorithms using "wisdom of crowds" (Pareto fronts, 'crowds' of metrics) be published in Bioinformatics! Bonus funding, #FlowSOM is a fantastic algorithm. Well done team!

I've been asked to give a talk for the European Space Agency. Does this mean I can say my research has intergallactic (not just international) impact?! 🤔🚀
