You'll notice things at a high school or college class reunion or homecoming weekend 1) You'll be glad you've taken care of yourself 2) You'll hardly recognize anyone 3) 99% of classmates hit the wall HARD 4) Your eyes will automatically go to likeminded and healthy classmates. 5) It'll be no surprise when you find out so-and-so died at 50 6) The prettiest gals then will be the fattest, most unappealing ones now 7) 80% are divorced. 8) 10% are unhappily married 9) 5% are happy 10) You will be hit on by the women that didn't give you a second look back then, and it'll give you great joy to shake her hand, say nice to see you, and move to the next conversation. 11) People will be staring at your younger beautiful girlfriend/wife and whispering to each other and doing the math in their heads. Reunions are basically a living report card of decades of habits, decisions, discipline, stress, marriage, divorce, health, and self-respect. It's less about, the cliques, the athletes, and who was popular at 17 and more about who built a life worth living and enjoying the results of good decision making

My biggest blackpill came when my former boss’s son, who was literally 18 years old, showed up and got handed the keys to the kingdom while his dad fucked off to Europe. In that moment I realized this shit is all bullshit. I spent 4 years in college, got the degree, got the job, did everything they told me to do, just to watch an 18 year old run a business because he happened to be born into the right family. That’s when I realized hard work doesn’t matter, your family does. I quit, stopped paying student loans, stopped paying taxes, fuck this system.
