Hell, I can even pull a Thermodynamics lesson out of it; they used energy from food to power their muscles, exerted force to move that massive rock, and their bodies generated heat dissipated via sweat; Conservation of Energy in real time. So yea, AWESOME. ADVANCEMENT, in their understanding of real world physics and the understanding of everyone reading in real world physics. EXPLORATION at its core; those folks designed a simple experiment to test the laws of physics… and lo and behold, the laws held true once again. A rock may have “advanced,” but human curiosity advanced way more.
