Biggest mistake after getting into YC? Launch video. Social media. Investor coffee chats. None of that builds your company. Your only job is customers. Talk to them. Fly out if you have to. Understand their problem better than they do. Everything else is noise. Ignore it.

Hire guys that had positions in their college fraternity. Anybody who dealt with managing 100+ drunk young adults who are all sharing their first taste of independence bitching at them constantly, AND had to deal with national advisors 3x their age also bitching at them, can surely do good work for more professional clients. Frat guys also have an outwards physical appearance and social skills that generally reflect well on you and your business if trained well. I hired my first employee from my fraternity.
