Unfortunately @DoozerMcDooze album launch has been cancelled. The venue emailed him to say that they’re pulling the gig because of “his views”. They have not specified what these views are. We are really gutted, and sorry to everyone who’s bought tickets, hotel rooms, arranged to travel across the country and sorry to those who were looking forwards to going from Essex in a mini bus with us. We will be issuing a refund to everybody who has bought tickets so far, and we will be searching for a new venue and rescheduling the album launch as soon as possible, no matter how long it takes, no matter how many times we have to rebook it. we are not going to give up. Doozer deserves to continue to have a career as a musician because there is absolutely nothing wrong with going out with a woman who knows what a woman is.

My Mum died this evening. I drove home watching the firework displays over the villages on the edge of Cambridge. Back home I stood in our front yard under a crystal clear starry sky. Wishing everyone a calm and peaceful night xx

We said ‘never again.’ The UK was a safe haven. Now, after the biggest massacre of Jews since the holocaust, British Jewish children are being advised to hide their identities as they walk to school, for their own safety. There should be mass outrage that this is necessary.

After getting home from my aunt’s funeral we both felt tired but made the effort to go for a couple of miles walk in the sunshine. Lots if birds in the hedgerows and 2 hares in a field. Also some extremely bouffant sheep.
