@modredcastleton Actually, without swapping ammo, high powered rifles are more likely to explode due to the pressure spike, considering the density is at least 800 times higher than air. Special munitions exist to allow it, though, like the .50 Cav-X or the 5.45×39mm PSP. newatlas.com/military/dsg-c…

Just had an idea that should have occurred to me earlier - why not make ranged weaponry reflect real world physics underwater in our underwater level?
The way we have range set up actually makes it not too hard so yeah expect to get about the same range as with melee underwater!
