The token cost to build a production feature is now lower than the meeting cost to discuss building that feature. Let me rephrase. It is literally cheaper to build the thing and see if it works than to have a 30 minute planning meeting about whether you should build it. It’s wild when you think about it. This completely inverts how you should run a software organization. The planning layer becomes the bottleneck because the building layer is essentially free. The cost of code has dropped to essentially 0. The rational response is to eliminate planning for anything that can be tested empirically. Don’t debate whether a feature will work. Just build it in 2 hours, measure it with a group of customers, and then decide to kill or keep it. I saw a startup operating this way and their build velocity is up 20x. Decision quality is up because every decision is informed by a real prototype, not a slide deck and an expensive meeting. We went from “move fast and break things” to “move fast and build everything.” The planning industrial complex is dead. Thank god.

What’s really puzzling me is that Elon seems to be backing this nonsense with his Palantir brothers. He is too smart to fall for this shit. What am I missing?

I'm always watching the streams. Claude Code, Cursor, tmux, Open Code It's all just execution all the time. And I'm sitting next to it, watching it flow. Yes, no, execute. I've slowly adapted to streams of text and have to say, this sure as hell beats making software in 2013.

I need more AI agents. The coders are great, but I need QA, devops, design. I can't keep up with claude code

Between Claude code and cursor, I'm vibe coding a boring forms business. I have no insight in what I'm building, who will use it or even what features should be there. The idea is to not just vibe code but also vibe business. Let the AI figure out the code, use cases, epics..

Still have high hopes for #TEKKEN8 S3 to lean more toward DEFENSE and less toward constant 50/50 mashing. - Heat should be EARNED - Heat Burst shouldn’t bound - Only 1 tail spin per combo - Less chip damage - Homing moves shouldn’t be + on block Just my thoughts!!

VPS + self-hosted Supabase is insanely overpowered. People just don't understand. I'm running multiple sites, analytics, personal tools, some backends and a full Supabase instance with a 24/7 scraper that clones all of steam, doing constant data transformations on 350k+ row tables for $7 on a Hetzner VPS + Coolify - all while having a full Dashboard interface for my DB that is 100x better than Firebase, AWS, etc. Super thankful for all the tools out there.

these Chinese AI are undervalued. I switched from Claude to z.ai (using Claude Code CLI), and guess what, I noticed no difference in daily use. Except it's $3 instead $200 there is world outside OpenAI and Anthropic, that is better than you may think.

Alhamdulilah, I got my 5 years US VISA, I was unable to get it from Pakistan for not having appointment dates, @TwisMinds helped me and sent me to Malaysia to get the visa. I really appreciate all the efforts from their side. Now I can play at EVO USA. Let's do it! 😇

I have been reading Kant recently to understand the world around us! What we are witnessing today from Gaza to Ukraine, from the Middle East to Asia, is not just the failure of diplomacy, but the moral inversion Kant warned us about. The dominant logic of power, realism as you understand it today, rests on a deep philosophical error: that the pursuit of interest can be excused from moral accountability. Kant called this 'das radikale Böse' or 'radical evil,' the deliberate decision to make morality serve desire, rather than govern it. As long as international order is built on such foundations, peace will remain a slogan. The real challenge isn’t just to end war, it is to restore duty as the organizing principle of global conduct. Yet here is the dilemma: whose morality do we follow? Even morality is not a settled language anymore. The term ‘moral high ground’ itself has become suspect, often used to justify domination in new clothes. And that is precisely the problem, when morality is selectively applied, it loses its power to bind. So, the politics of peace cannot survive in a world where power is the only grammar we speak. But I think neither can it emerge from fragmented moral posturing. The real challenge perhaps for all of us as global citizens is to reclaim a shared sense of duty which is not imposed, but built together. Until then, as Kant might say, we are not just suffering from bad politics. We are suffering from a deeper failure of will. We need to make a deliberate choice to reverse the moral order, to make morality serve the self, rather than the self serve morality. Thanks @TalhaIbr for your thoughtful post on substack to get me thinking: @siyahq/note/c-128373958" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">substack.com/@siyahq/note/c…
