Hi @thuisbezorgd , made an order for delivery. It arrived 2 hours late, tried to call the restaurant which did not answer... when pizza arrived I sent it back to the restaurant. I had already eaten...I would like a refund not 20% off...

Hi @Rbjacobs, I just attempted to make a cash deposit at an FNB ATM but, while the deposit was taking place, it was cancelled. Receipt reads: "Your cash deposit was unsuccessful". Yet, the money was not returned and ATM was thereafter full. Please assist with a way forward...
