Litigation has to be the worst financial move for both parties. We have a client where the two attorneys just keep going back and forth and sending out bills for time arguing with each other regardless of value given. How do we as a society stop this?

How many ppl quit their accounting jobs because they claim it was boring But in reality they were just having major ADHD issues and were incorrectly assuming boredom? Heard from a Dr that ADHD ppl get bored easily and if they fix the ADHD issues the boredom will go away?

@moethecpa My ADHD is my super power with representation services. It’s a fucked up puzzle that I’m really good at solving and most cases are unique. ADHD is awesome for accounting.

Documentation I know that everyone (except you accounting and finance pros) Don’t think this is very important But it would actually have saved the client TONS of time had they 1. Used a better bookkeeping system 2. Kept better track of records 3. Used separated bank accounts and systems
