I think a lot of ppl are still underpricing what the Clarity act is about to do to onchain flows. Clarity is the next unlock, custody, broker-dealer rules, customer protections, the line between CFTC and SEC. this is the clarity those institutions sitting on the sidelines have been waiting for before they actually move.
