The typhoon in Taiwan is resulting in extreme winds and from our hotel window we witnessed what seemed to be a 2nd aborted landing attempt at Taipei Songshan Airport with China airlines CI221 taking off again very late during landing. Thankfully landed safely at Taoyuan airport.

Kudos to the train driver on circle line yesterday (did not get his name). A man was yelling racist remarks to some asian passengers and after I reported that to the driver, he got off the train and had police take him off. @TfL #londonunderground #farringdon
