When it came time to pay, we left a $60 tip because we felt like that was a fair amount and wanted to leave something extra for the service. What I didn’t expect was the server making a comment that she was expecting closer to $120. And no, it didn’t come across like some light little joke either. The tone felt serious, the moment got awkward fast, and suddenly we were standing there feeling uncomfortable over a tip we had already chosen to leave in the first place. When we pushed back and mentioned possibly talking to a manager, that’s when the story suddenly changed to “I was just kidding.” But let’s be real — not every rude comment magically becomes a joke just because someone gets called out on it. The whole thing left us feeling weird and honestly kind of embarrassed, because we weren’t trying to short anybody. We tipped what we thought was reasonable, and being confronted like that completely changed the vibe of the night. @DistantCoder Locals is the place most players that play, play. Why would a company allow their customers to actively not pay for their product in order to use it? It does not make any sense on a business level, sure it'd be better for the community.

Yu-Gi-Oh should allow proxies at the local level. obviously certain standards for proxies should be met: - Card shouldn't be marked (discernable while face-down) - Should be immediately recognizable/able to be read (don't just flip a card around) No reason to not allow this.
